CarFaster was started by brothers Noah and Ben Katz with one goal: make buying a car easy, transparent, and fun.
Why we started CarFaster
Noah got fed up with how little car buying has changed since the 1980s. Before the internet, salespeople were the only source of information. Over time, salespeople got a bad reputation, shoppers raised their guard the moment they walked into a showroom, and buying a car turned into a competitive, ruthless fight to the last penny.
We think it can be better. With CarFaster, you can compare vehicles on your own terms, then send one best-price request to dealers near you in Vancouver and across B.C. with a single click.
Meet the founders
- Noah Katz has worked in sales for 10 years, including 3 years in car sales. He has seen the showroom from the inside and knows where the process lets people down.
- Ben Katz has a master's in computer science from SFU and a passion for technology and systems. He builds the tools that make CarFaster work.
