Terms of Use

CarFaster lets you compare vehicles and send a best-price request to dealers that we match to your request. We are not a dealer. We do not sell, lease, or finance vehicles. Any purchase is between you and the dealer you choose.

You must be at least the age of majority where you live (19 in British Columbia) and give accurate information, including a real name, email, phone number, and postal code. Keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Your first best-price request is free. After that, sending more requests requires a one-time Best Price payment, processed by Stripe. Best Price is not a subscription. The price is shown before you pay.

The free request is limited to one per person. We may refuse or withdraw a free request that uses duplicate accounts, disposable email addresses, or other abuse.

Refunds. Best Price payments are non-refundable. Offers from dealers may expire. If you send a request and a dealer’s offer expires before you act on it, that is your responsibility, and neither CarFaster nor the dealer owes you a refund. Nothing in this section limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

When you send a request, we share your request and contact details with matched dealers, as described in our Privacy Policy. Dealers decide whether and how to respond. We do not guarantee that any dealer will respond, or what price, availability, or terms a dealer will offer.

Offers come from dealers, not from CarFaster. Confirm all prices, fees, taxes, incentives, and vehicle details with the dealer before you sign anything.

Vehicle data, prices, estimates, and calculators are for information only and may be incomplete or out of date. See our Disclaimer.

Do not send fake or misleading requests, harass dealers or other users, scrape or overload the service, or try to get around limits or security. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

To the extent the law allows, CarFaster is provided “as is”. We are not responsible for the acts of dealers or for any vehicle transaction. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law in your province.
